You will be solely responsible for any damage or breakage to any of the bushcamp facilities or any other piece of property on the grounds of Kimburu Bushcamp, however so caused. This includes damage done by any other person connected with your booking , “your party” .

Any breakage or damage to the room and hotel facilities will be charged on the credit card on file. We will always send the guest a bill indicating the damage, with some sort of proof, i.e. a photo. Once we have sent all this information to the guest, we will charge the credit card with the amount indicated on the Room Bill. All guests agree to these terms upon making a booking.

You agree to pay not later than the time of departure (unless prior written arrangements have been made with the bushcamp management) the room rate as determined by the hotel for the period of residence, the costs of food, beverage and any other amounts relating to such residence together with VAT (if applicable), incurred by you and your party during your stay in the bushcamp. Periodic payments must be made if the account exceeds the credit limit designated by the bushcamp, and accounts are payable on presentation.

You warrant that you are duly authorised to sign for and bind all persons represented by you or for whom you are responsible (“your party”) to these conditions of residence and, failing such authority or regardless of billing instructions, you agree to be personally liable for all amounts arising from the occupation or residence of your party and yourself at the bushcamp.
